What is the estimated delivery time within India?

We usually dispatch orders within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For metro cities serviced by major courier companies, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. For other locations, delivery may take 14-20 business days. Please note that dispatch times may vary for different products ordered at the same time. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

The delivery date shown during checkout is an estimate. If there are any issues with delivering your package, our courier partner will contact you.

What if I’m unavailable when my order is delivered?

Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our shipping partner, where you can reschedule the delivery. The delivery agent may also call you to arrange a convenient time.

After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. If you’d like the order reshipped, an additional shipping charge of INR 60 will apply.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification to resolve the issue. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we ship only in India. If we expand our services internationally in the future, we will update our policy accordingly.

Express Shipping Options

We may offer express shipping for an additional fee. Check at checkout for options and pricing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your package.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order is not delivered within 14-20 days from the dispatch date, you are eligible for a full refund. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Holiday Shipping

Please be aware that shipping times may be affected during holiday seasons. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
